• But :
–        Absence de plaie
–        Disparition de tout processus cicatriciel
–        Obtenir une épidermisation +++

• Cicatrisation primaire : suture cutanée

• Cicatrisation secondaire ou cicatrisation dirigée

1. Cicatrisation primaire

• Principe :
–        Affronter deux berges cutanées
–        Suturer bord à bord

• Meilleur solution si elle est réalisable

• Impossible :
–        Plaie trop importante, trop large
–        Trop de tension

• Risquée :
–        Plaie souillée
–        Plaie contuse, nécrotique
–        Plaie > 6 h00
–        Morsure animale

2. Suture cutanée

• Instrumentation adaptée

• Bonne installation :
–        Anesthésie
–        Lumière…

• Prendre son temps…
